In order to overcome these beliefs we must be able to see ourselves in a successful way. Believing that thing you want to do is available to you. “Fake it until you make it” mentality is applicable here, our brains don’t know the difference between reality + fantasy which means that EVERY single thought we think and every word we speak creates our own reality.

This demands a lot of responsibility to be very conscious of how we talk/think about ourselves/what we are capable of. Chelsea also talks about the power of language and how to switch from disempowering language and how to find logical evidence against your limiting beliefs.
