Almost every climber struggles with the fear of falling at some point in pushing their limits, but what if the answer weren't just to fall a bunch? The old school "just get over it" mentality doesn't work for everyone.

If you can identify the events/situations that created the fear around falling in the first place you can then start to create a new narrative and new neural pathways for a more positive experience and ultimately to coexist alongside fear.
